Urgent Support Needed: Account Reset After Linking with Steam and EA

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out to you as I urgently require assistance with my account. Today, I attempted to make some changes to my account, which unfortunately resulted in unexpected issues...

    Hey @phantomwiedany,

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

    That looks to be the situation here as well. From what I'm seeing, the account you're posting with had never launched Apex on Steam until this month. Given how much play time you mentioned having, that must have been while your Steam was linked to a different EA account.

    You would need to link this back to the original EA account where that progress was made to try restoring access to any progress.

    If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.

    Thank you for your response.

    I understand that progress is stored on the EA account level, and I appreciate the clarification regarding linking accounts. Given that my progress was initially tied to my Steam account, is it possible to unlink it from any potentially incorrect EA account it may have been linked to during the recent linking attempts? So I could link it to the right one this time.

    I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and restoring access to my account.

      I tried every ea account I ever created and not one of it had my progress, it is very frustrating. Isn't it possible to get my steam progress back?
