When I Launch Apex, all sounds turn off, including the game sounds.
Windows 7, PC.
Hey all, odd issue I see nobody has took the time to talk about, or I'm just special with this one.
When I launched Apex for the first time, it turned off both my mic and headset. I restarted my computer, and tried to launch Apex again. This time, I was in team speak with a friend. He was messaging me that my mic was still working, but ALL my sounds were shut off. Including the game sounds. When troubleshooting, I found that when I tab-out and go into the Volume Mixer, and mess with the Master volume, the sound comes back. Yet, as soon as I tab-in to Apex, boom! All the sounds disappear again. Funny thing, when I tab-out of Apex to go to the volume mixer to get the sounds back on, I can hear the Apex main menu music. In fullscreen borderless I can hover over option buttons and hear the clicking sounds they make, yet as soon as I click in, the sounds disappear, for my music, teamspeak, and game. Everything.
I have not reinstalled yet, and two good' ol computer restarts haven't done the trick.
I literally never forum post because I always find my answers for my problems somewhere on a deep forum but I cant find this anywhere. Help! 🙂
