Why does it take a long time to get in a match in apex pc, both duos and trios?

It takes a long time to get into a get in a match in apex legends pc for both trios and duos for me. It takes like at least 8 minutes to find one, and also after getting into a match I don't get a te...

@RadicalPika did they ever get back to you on how to fix this and if they did what did they tell you to do
