In August of this year while trying to log into Apex legends on my new PC for the first time ever, It said that I was banned (Might be cause of hack, because my KDA was at 6.0 and account at level 10, but I had never played on PC).And since cross progression is mandatory for already existing accounts, and will also use the stats and of the highest level account.I wondered would it unban my account from playing on PC (Have never played on it, and was hacked), or would it ban my PlayStation (the one I invested 4 years of my life into) account because of the ban imposed on PC?Please answer very important topic for me

Hey @Cesar_Dbzkai, Cross Progression itself will not remove an existing ban on accounts, nor will it cause an account to be automatically banned. If your account was banned incorrectly or due to an account compromise, you'll want to get in touch with our Terms of Service team here to appeal that ban. If you've been playing on PlayStation you'll be able to continue playing after the Cross Progression migration, unless there are any new actions placed on the account at that point.

Thanks for answering.
I did try to appeal in both cases of TOS and getting my account hacked but both got rejected and determined the problem as closed.
Is there a way for me to get in contact with somebody outside of the emails or attempt to appeal again without getting discarded?

Hi @Cesar_Dbzkai,

That link above would be the only method to appeal an action with our TOS team.

You're able to appeal multiple times, so if you've just had them review the situation once, you're welcome to submit another appeal and a new member of the TOS team will take another look.

If they've declined to remove an action multiple times however, that would be final and not something that can be changed through any other channels.

So if i linked my main to my old banned acc would i be able to have all the stuff from my old acc onto my main and not be banned

Content from accounts that have been permanently banned will not be migrated with Cross Progression.

If you haven't appealed the ban on your account, you can do so with the link in my first post. If the ban has already been reviewed and remains on the account, that won't be available with Cross Progression either.

Is there a way to transfer my data from an Ea account by linking my PlayStation account to another Ea account my account was hacked and banned even though I never used pc I’ve been a devoted PlayStation user and just moved to pc to see it’s been banned and it’s apparently permanent am I able to get this ban lifted or have the pc account completely wiped and erased to be able to use it again for cross progression from moving my PlayStation acc stuff to pc

@EA_Mako does this mean the ps account will still be playable on pc once cross progression arrives, it's just that you cannot get merge the old account that was banned? I have the same problem with my xbox, I want to play my xbox account on my pc but the ea account it is linked into is banned on PC. I really wouldn't mind not getting back the old banned account, I just want to play my xbox account on pc.

Hello. So I know the cross progression will not unban the pc account. Nor will it ban my Xbox account. I want to bring my Xbox account to my pc. I know that because the PC account is banned. The items will not be merged. But will my Xbox items be brought over to PC even though the PC account is banned?

I too want to know this.. I've been appealing my pc banned account for months. I have my PS4 account which has alot of mone invested into it. How ios this going to work? how can i play on my Ps4 account on PC when it merges? will my PS4 account merge into my pc account that is banned? i just want to play on my ps4 account on pc.. any help?

From what I understand, banned accounts will not be included in the merge.
This means that in this scenario:
* PC account (banned)
* Xbox account
No data will transfer from the PC account to the Xbox account, nor will any data from the Xbox account to the PC account.
