Sorry to hear that there have been difficulties getting Apex to launch.
If you haven't already, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear the EA App's cache
- Close any background applications that might be conflicting with Apex
- If you have any antivirus programs or software monitoring tools running, please disable them or add Apex as an exception to see if the game can successfully launch
- End all EA-related tasks in Task Manager before running the EA App and Apex as administrator
