Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried contacting support multiple times but the website keeps redirecting me to Penalty History which shows zero violations. The contact form either doesn't show a submit button or loops me back to self-help options. The only thing I was able to do was send an email to [edit: email address removed]. Is there any other way to reach the TOS team directly? I really appreciate your help.

Can you try opening an incognito mode window or logging out of the site before creating a case here? If you're stuck in a loop that can sometimes help get the case started. Just use the option to continue as a guest rather than logging in and it should let you continue.- zChaoSZN-11 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer
Hey EA_Mako, I tried the incognito guest method and selected 'Compromised EA Account' but it still loops me back to Penalty History with no way to submit a ticket. Is there a direct email or case number I can use to reach the TOS team? The only thing I have is the email I sent to [edit: email address removed].
