(Xbox) MS Store says its optimized for X|S, but its not?

Using an Xbox Series S, game says in Ms Store its optimized for Series S and X, its actually not! Got no improvements, exept 60 fps in the air and at landing, before on the xbox one it was capped at 30 fps in the air and at landing. So did i something wrong? How to activate the 120fps? R6 and forza, for example run at 120fps. Maybe i need to redownload the game? Can someone explain?

    Hey @Lz_xCha0S  Next-gen players can expect a performance boost up to 1440p, with more formal enhancements planned for next year.

    Well, here we are 2 years later and still no 120 fps or optimization for my series x. I have friends who play on PC that get well above 120 but I'm stuck at 60fps. With all the weird changes made to the game, you would think you could at least up our frame rate but nah, let's switch up ammo for guns and make most sights in the game non-existent.
