Hello,
My mic does not seem to be working on Xbox one. I can hear game audio, but the mic icon next to my name is not on. I tried clearing my MAC address, hard resetting my Xbox, checking my settings, and updating my controller. The mic works on other games so it is not an issue with that. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Same... I've had this issue ever since the "next gen update" and its been over 2 months.
If my mic is plugged in, I cant hear anyone but they can hear me. Unplugged, I can hear everyone just fine. As long as Apex is running, I cant even hear messsages I record to send to friends through the xbox friend list until I force close the app.
PLEASE GOD fix this. Im so tired of not being able to communicate with my team
