Hey @p3kl055xt9zg,
Have you actually played the trial of the game and do you have EA Play by any chance? - 8wpntx45d6uu3 years agoNot applicable
I have the same issue but I bought the physical game from xbox live. I reset my password, closed out the game and even restarted my xbox hoping it just needed to reset. I just want to log on and play the game. Any suggestions?

I have found a solution to most problems concerning not able to connect to servers on PS4.
Recent update to battlefield 2042 unlinked ea and PSN....
All you have to do is link your accounts again...
It would appear ea have a problem with the game unlinking accounts.......!

@8wpntx45d6uu, alright. And what is the exact error that you get? Do you also get to see the request to reset your password? - p3kl055xt9zg3 years agoNot applicable
Yes, I’ve played the trial version of the game, I don’t have EA play but I’ve got Ultimate Game Pass

I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, I’ve reset my router, restarted my Xbox, restarted the game, but nothing is working. It allows me to play the Xbox one version of the game but not the series x version.

@p3kl055xt9zg, gotcha. So you have played the trial version of the game and you own the full version of the game, with no EA Play. Gotcha. Just out of curiosity; have you played the trial version of the game on the same Xbox account / EA-account connection as the Xbox account where you now own the full game on? - p3kl055xt9zg3 years agoNot applicable
@EA_Leeuw Yes, it’s the same account
