Every time I boot up 2042, I get an infinite “connecting to online services” loading screen. I assume it might have something to do with the fact that I’m stuck playing the trial even though I purchased the physical Xbox one / Xbox series x version of the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Community ManagerI have the same issue but I bought the physical game from xbox live. I reset my password, closed out the game and even restarted my xbox hoping it just needed to reset. I just want to log on and play the game. Any suggestions?

I have found a solution to most problems concerning not able to connect to servers on PS4.
Recent update to battlefield 2042 unlinked ea and PSN....
All you have to do is link your accounts again...
It would appear ea have a problem with the game unlinking accounts.......!

I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, I’ve reset my router, restarted my Xbox, restarted the game, but nothing is working. It allows me to play the Xbox one version of the game but not the series x version.
