None of that sounds right to me lol. Thanks for sharing, but I wouldn't recommend these settings to anyone else.
SOVIS literally highlights the enemies so that they are easier to see. You should definitely leave that on.
Brightness is preference, but that seems way too low. Dice has acknowledged that the brightness looking out the windows is not working properly, I believe. For now, turning it down just slightly should help a little, but nothing is going to fix it until Dice does something. Have you changed your monitor brightness ever?
I saw some vid on YT about Vignetting as well, but I didn't change it. I'd leave it off, but I don't think it should have a huge impact regardless. First time loading into the game, everything gets set to low and off for most settings. I want the least amount of visual clutter and the most amount of frames possible.
My list of what might help.
- ALWAYS PING ENEMIES!
- Don't max out the FOV.
- Use the appropriate sight for the fights you're trying to take.
- Learn the map and the best angles to hold.
- Play Recon.
