Changes, suggestions, & fixes
Melee weapons need more variation on what they do; hunting knife keep boost run speed and atk speed, combat knife change it to quicker takedown, add throwing knifes here instead of recon, sledgehammer should create small holes on walls instead of destroying them.
Bombs like hand grenades and smokes should be open to everyone or at least keep assault and engineers with the standard grenade but give smokes to support and recon. Add EMP grenade to recon
I understand that bombs were tone down but you guys should add the option to change dmg/AoE in setting, at least for hardcore
Add a stamina bar which affects sway the more tired you are or at least add it as an option for hardcore, to allow for some small break as maps are rather small. Hold breath should also be affected by this
Hard core should have the option to remove health regen and remove spotting unless you manually ping them without removing the map
Add night vision and IR vision so that thermal vision is not too op. Night vision would work like regular vision but in the dark (doesn't highlight enemies), thermal vision highlight enemies and allies but doesn't tell you which is which, and IR is a mix of the other 2 that allow you to see better and highlights enemies but works at shorter ranges so you won't see enemies that are too far out
Add dynamic weather and day and night cycles as this would make the previous point more necessary. It would be awesome if this could happen during the match or if it lasts too long but simply allowing the map to have a setting that you can chose from the beginning would be a very welcomed option. (Night, sandstorm, rain, snowstorm)
The visual effect you get when looking outside when you are inside a building needs to be tone down, that effect would make more sense if it was a snow field
Recoil needs to be cranked up on some weapons. Weapon accessories should make weapons better but it shouldn't feel like you removed recoil and sway. DMR need better dmg but Recoil is fine as is
Bring back old suppression which blurs your vision the longer you are underfire instead of slowing health regen, you guys can differentiate suppression from guns (blur vision, has small AoE) and explosives (delay health regen, has a big AoE)
Movement is still to fast for the current map sizes, reduce movement speed by 20%, running will make a difference and the hunting knife boost will improve it.
Increase the time it takes to spawn, so assault becomes the preferred choice for spawning or his beacon. Give penalty for choosing to die and not wait for the medic if you surrender otherwise no penalty
I have issues with the classes but I seen some others already giving great ideas on that so I will skip this.
