The RoFs of the DMRs are a bit too low rn and should be buffed to better reward skilled recoil control and make them slightly less situational to help increase build and gameplay diversity.
The following are the changes I would suggest but treat them as ballpark figures
I would agree that the SVK and EMR need RoF buffs. The SVK is so slow that even a blind deaf and ... can realize they're being shot and find cover before you're even allowed to deal damage again. The EMR is close behind that with people generally getting to cover before you can land the killing shot.
The SVD and LMR I'm not as sure about. I would probably agree the LMR just because that would help it in close range, which is exactly somewhere the LMR should feel strong in. The SVD I feel is the only DMR that is in a good place, so I'm not sure it needs a change. Maybe if the others get a buff it would feel weak, but it's hard to say without experiencing it.
I think they are struggling on long range balance with the removal of real suppression. Without real suppression, it will always feel insanely imbalanced when engaging a sniper, because even if you're hitting them in the face with bullets they can just "nope" and dome you.
i agree i think the m39 needs the most love it has the exact same stats as the svd but the svd has a higher rof so i think bring the m39 to 300 just like the svd but give the svd better close range capabilities like faster ads and mobility and keep the m39 to be more of the longer rage 300 rof dmr just to separate them. The SVK is fine its the best dmr and i think the lmr is also fine but lower the recoil to help it some.

For reference, the SMLE in BFV’s (20 round mag, 3 shot kill up to at least 75m maybe more can’t remember) RoF is 360.
Given that, the base SVDM only having 10 rounds per mag and BF6 being a faster paced I don’t think 350 would be too high. I do like the idea of the SVDM having a faster ADS than the M39 EMR tho but I don’t think a 50ms ADS buff would be enough to keep them level should the M39’s RoF 267 -> 300.
Maybe for the SVDM buffing it’s RoF 300 -> 330 and base ADS speed by 50ms would be better? Idk how that'd affect its ‘mobility’ stat if at all
As for the SVK, a higher RoF would only benefit tho who can control its recoil. For those who can’t a higher RoF would actually be detrimental unless they pace their shots, but in which case the RoF buff would be irrelevant.
I feel like LMR already has very little recoil tbh so I’m not sure how much it would really benefit. Granted, I haven’t used it much
Ai-Fluffy You can track snap and track targets more easily with mouse & keyboard. Console players do not have an advantage
and bare in mind as things are ppl (console players included) rarely use DMRs so I really don’t see the sorts of buffs being suggested here making them OP and a lot of ppl are bad with semi-automatics
As for the new GRT-CPS, it could really do with its RoF being buffed 360 -> 400 imo
