EA illegitimately charged me twice for buying one copy of BF6

I asked my bank to help me after I was charged $125.98 for buying one copy of BF6 on launch day. I didn’t notice until I checked my bank statement a couple weeks later. I notified my bank and they rightfully cancelled one charge. Then a couple days later when I try to load up BF6 on my PC, it’s disappeared from my library. They’re claiming I committed “chargeback fraud”. Grant you, this is a WARNING because my account has a clean record with no history of any punishments. I appealed the ban twice and attached my bank statements. All I get back is an automated message saying they uphold their decision and the only solution is to buy another copy of BF6.. Absolutely disgusting EA. As a disabled vet, Ive done too much for this country to be called a fraud by an American company that soldout to the Saudis. The only frauds here are EA.

unless you played both copies for more than 2 hours each i dont see why you cant just refund the un-used one?

I only received one "copy", more like a license to play the game, and EA removed it from my account. There's no option to for me to refund. I also still have one copy in my purchase history that is still "processing".
