[FIX] How to resolve hit reg issues

Hello everyone,

So as some of you may know consoles and PC are experiencing hit register issues quite commonly. 

I've found some resolution to the problem on PC. First of all the problem is mainly caused by future frame rendering and somewhat by CPU time smoothing. 

If you want to lower the amount of times you get the problem just disable your future frame rendering option in the advanced graphics section, for me it eliminated the problem almost entirely, but with people who have the time smoothing problem you will still get it intermittently, but it is much better when you disable future frame rendering. 

This might not fix it for some people, but it did make it better for me, hopefully it works for most of you and have a good day.
