Hit Registration with network Graphs enabled(Video attachments)

The hit registration seems to be getting allot worse. Its absurd, horrendous, mentally exhausting, sickening, depressing, and just all out outrageous... videos Attatched. The game is also laggy, rubberbandy and has "Stutter Fire". The client and server rarely ever agree on hitmarkers meaning shots wont be counted especially if the server isn't counting them. Jesus christ
