I Need A Solution

I am at my wits' end here, and need some help. 

All I want to do is play against PVE against Bots. I have grinded my way through the sweaty PVP Lobbies. Unlocked all the attachments that I need. Now I want to enjoy my retirement and just play a more casual game against Bots. 

I still enjoy and value PVP, but it's not always fun, is it? It is too fast-paced, too serious, people dont play the objective or play to the strengths of their class. I am just tired of it. I want to play more casually, with less pressure and less thinking. I want to just have some fun battles against Bots where I can still enjoy the chaos and visual spectacle of Battlefield without having to put 100% into it. I am exhausted after a long day of work, and I just can't be bothered to put 100% energy and focus into a PVP game, because that is what is required if you want to have some level of fun. 

My issue is. That I cannot do this!!!! I cannot play Conquest against Bots just by myself. I tried creating my own portal experiences. However, when trying to host a lobby, I receive an error message or a 'global game quota exceeded' message. 

Then I hop into the portal. Try to find a playlist or an experience I can host, but I'm unable to host any of these games. Always getting a game quota exceeded, or an error message. 

I DONT CARE ABOUT XP ANYMORE, I KNOW WE LOST THIS FIGHT. So fine, I will eat it, and I will play against bots without any XP progression. 

Can someone point me to a solution here? How can I set up a lobby where I can play Conquest on the largest maps against Bots? I dont care about leveling up my character or guns anymore. I've done enough of that. Now I just want to enjoy myself.
