Kill the light
Who hates spawning with the flashlight on 24/7..... would you rather spawn with just the laser on, with everything off, or have an option to select?

I don't see the point, to be honest. If you are wasting loadout points to equip it, why wouldn't you use it? The flashlight helps with hipfire spread. Do you plan to flick it on every time you suddenly meet an opponent around a corner? It's not likely that you would have the time. So, would you just leave it off the majority of the time? So, would you just start equipping something else when you start realizing the pointlessness of having the flashlight equipped if never used? Doesn't the problem correct itself?
