The new roadmap and the return of the platoon system are truly game-changers!These will greatly contribute to the revitalization of esports and community events. And above all, playing in a platoon is the ultimate way to experience the true essence of PTFO.We can't wait for even more tactical teamwork on the battlefield. What kind of platoon are you planning to create? Or join? We'd love to hear your thoughts!
Yeah, Platoons and server browser have come too late for BF6. For me, gone has the time when I'd make time to play, now I struggle to garner any enthusiasm to boot it up even when I'm bored stiff with nothing else to do. We can only hope that they get Platoons and the server browser working properly for them to be in BF7, though no doubt DICE will once again try and reinvent the wheel and let's be honest, who has faith in the next BF title after the last two (at least) poor games.
Honestly, who cares at this point. There are so many other issues with this game, I don't care about something we should have had months ago. The thing that inspires the social aspect of the game.
Updating my thoughts as we get closer to the launch!
Most Platoon announcements usually end with "I made a platoon, please join." But to make it truly meaningful, wouldn't it be amazing if we had "Exclusive Platoon Patches and Stickers" unlocked only through Teamwork Achievements?
For example:
- Unlocking a specific uniform patch after the platoon captures 500 objectives together.
- Getting a weapon sticker after achieving 1000 platoon revives.
This would give communities a real goal to fight for, dynamic pride on the battlefield, and prevent platoons from going inactive. What do you guys think about achievement-based Platoon rewards?
