Portal Server Visibility/Matchmaking Issue (low player count regions)

Playing form Central Asian and I am being thrown to East Asia and Europe servers. Yet, I would much prefer playing on Europe due to better connection, higher players count and less communication issue. For some reason friend of mine who lives 10-15 minutes from me doesnt have this problem
