SolisCorsier I get where you are coming from, however, remember not everyone that plays this game may be a hard core or really experienced player, so may genuinely need the extra help.
But like I said, I do kind of agree, but you have to allow for others too.
Remember, this is a video game designed for fun as well as a competitive game.
Perhaps in a Hard Core Mode this could be removed ?
Battlefield has always been competitive.
The problem is that if you want to be a sniper, you have to study it; a few levels aren't enough to become one.
Plus, it fills the games with snipers and people standing behind rocks.
If you want to learn to be a sniper, you have to remove the rangefinder, start understanding how the X12, X10, X8, X6 scopes are made, and start understanding how the bullet drop is even more aggressive by doing quick scopes.
Everyone is good from a tower, standing in cover, with the game doing all the calculations for you.
Do you know how many times we died in the old Battlefields sniping?
Why should it be easy for newcomers?
