Revert the M18 claymore damage back to 100！

This is the most absurd changed in S3. 95 damage is no any meaning,even if someone trigger it and they will recover fast in no combat state.What if M18 need nerf,just nerf the explosion range.Sometimes M18's laser only planter can see it but others can't,if it's a bug,fix it! If It's a game mechanism,nerf it and make the laser show more visibly instead of nerf damage!
