What's with the maps?

A beta is a test for the public of what the final game will be like. As of right now, I don't want this game. Why is the beta featuring close quarters maps only? Wheres the mid to large scale battles? You went an entire 180 from the ridiculously large empty maps from 2042 and decided to give us extremely dense COD maps. We just want battlefield back.
