Why is Engineer able to carry both Launchers?

I’m sure anyone could agree that the engineer should not be an able to carry both rocket types. This is just over the top and it’s a religious “NO” in the BF franchise. These types of gameplay features is what makes me believe that the developers of this game never actually went back and checked out the older BF games specifically (BF4) to copy their style. Because if they did and took into account why certain changes were the way they are, they would never in the games LIFETIME include an engineer able to carry both rockets at the same time.

It shouldn’t require an explanation as to why this is a bad idea.
