The audio is really bad. More or less useless most of the time. Especially sound coming from behind are missing (silent footsteps, vehicles etc).
If you play on PC, the footsteps are a little better using 3D Headphones (in game-setting) and 'Windows Sonic' (speaker-setup in Windows). It has too much reverb (for my taste), but the footsteps are at least a little better.
