Challenge Unlockables Locked

When are we going to be getting an update on this to fix the issue? I have several items in my challenges that are locked even after completion of requirements. It has been roughly 2 weeks and I have gone through every 'fix' that others have listed.

I cannot play certain classes or use certain weapons which really stunts the gaming experience. Any update on this would be appreciated.
