Server hosting error

This is a very serious issue that effects a lot of people trying to utilize the game.   I told a friend of mine to get the game because it was well done and nice, but over the last few days I have had nothing but problems getting into games, and any of the games I do get into it is like spawn kill city.   Once spawned, I can't even move before I die.  This is not fun or enjoyable, nor is it worth the $70 or so I paid for the game.  So suffice to say, my friend downloaded the game yesterday, we tried to play, and he ended up getting a refund since we could not a) startup our own server due to the capacity issues, and b) we were getting spawn killed pretty much in the few games we did try out.  It is sad.  EA please do something soon or else you will be losing people.
