I bought the EA play subscription on a new account and it works on that new account. This means that this has nothing to do with network settings or anything else. it is purely Account based.

I've been having the same issue with Error Code 1:86001S : 51009S : 11468332130 : 1073807360Q.
I played one game on Friday, updated profile name waiting to group up and receive the error any time I try to play after server queue. Spent hours Friday and Saturday trying to get help from an EA advisor and they could not provide a solution or fix.
My downloaded EA account data has status reason "BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER" but they do not see any bans or issues on my account.
They finally provided the following response on what the issue is but said nothing they or I could do to fix it.
"The error code 1:86001S:51009S likely indicates a failed account authentication handshake between the EA app and the game, often related to an improperly linked or misidentified EA account. This can happen even after reinstalling because the core account data is stored on EA's servers, not on your PC."
I'm really hoping there's an update or post addressing the issue and that it's being worked on.

i did actually download my EA data after having seen your post in another thread, and my account status says ACTIVE everywhere, so I'm wondering if your issue is actually the same or just a different variation of sorts.

Same here. Played on launch day only to get the same error ever since. Live chat claims is a bug they are working on, but it’s happening with a lot of EA games. They said it wasn’t account related even though I find it highly unlikely.

Exact same situation. Have spent all weekend just watching everyone else play while no updates have been given on this anywhere.
