Tombstone pack missing and EA's customer service sucks.

I hope they see this and waste their time.

i pre-ordered the battlefield phantom edition and its missing the tombstone pack.

despite multiple attempts to contact EA help (what a joke that is?! 🫠) I'm getting the same scripted email responses and no indication of resolve.

nothing burger email from EA attached for laugh

    How did you get a separate code? I only got the Phantom pack codenfrom gamestop

    The code works and I got the skin.
    Retailer is responsible for it!

    Sounds like I'm in the same boat as you, legit I only wanted the Pac skin as BF4 is one of my all time favourites.

    I purchased a hard copy on Xbox from JB Hi-Fi...th only code included was for the phantom pack. Where was your tombstone code?

    I contacted the retailer as I hadn't received any emails, and this was their response:

    "the Phantom edition thing is a known issue unfortunately, It's an EA thing not a JB thing, we still don't have an answer from them. It's likely you'll find out before we do."

    I don't know why they are talking about the Phantom Edition, I asked about the Tombstone pack?😐😐 Trying for another live chat operator, I even sent them a screenshot of other users who got emailed the code and I didn't. If it was meant to be issued via my retailer, I haven't got it, but they have advised I should've received it from EA??

    Code was not inside the box I got the code from my retailer in e-mail separate.

    I'm having the same issue and just submitted a similar ticket. Provided my proof of purchase receipt, the game was sealed from my retailer, and there was only the Phantom Edition code inside. I did not see a code anywhere for the Tombstone pack, it was one of the big reasons why I wanted to pre-order it as I was a big BF4 campaign fan. Disappointed I have not received it, and there appears there is no other way to get it. I have successfully received all other rewards including the Beta rewards, Road to BF6 and the Twitch drops.

  • I don't know if you have bought the game digital or disk.
    For the disk (PS5) I have got a separate code for the tombstone pack.
