  • Thank you for your reply! When it crashes it doesn’t say any error codes, it just freezes, then closes the game completely and takes me back to the Xbox home page…. I can get a video if needed to show you but can’t upload on here as the files are too bigI have tried reinstalling the game repeatedly…Upgraded internet to 900mb/s…Changed the settings on Xbox to 720p…..Turned off all hdr settings…..Installed just the multiplayer with no hd - crash…….Installed just the campaign with no hd- crashes…..Powered up the game, waited in the loading screen and it will eventually crash…. I can download battlefield whilst playing playing any other game so I don’t think it’s overheating
    Tried WiFi
    Tried cat 5
    Tried cat 6
I’ve opened the Xbox up and cleaned any dust that was there. Which there wasn’t and dust, Xbox is in a well ventilated area…..Ea help line suggested changing Xbox to a different socket, that didn’t work…..there is probably more I’ve tried but I can’t think at the top of my head, very frustrating as I really want to play the game

scarletpk Hey, can you let us know what has been done? Don't want to send you steps you already did. For Xbox, there aren't that many, really, but we need to know what happens when it crashes, too.

    To the main menu
    To the Dashboard
Does the game freeze with that hard noise and then crash
