Why can’t you have it so the announcers say names

I like to edit names, and in many cases I’ll change it to something the announcers already say.  Even if I spell it the same the announcers will never say the players name.  For instance I recruited a running back who had a Asian sounding name and I changed name to Jackson which ea should have in system and they never announce his name. This was something that worked in original games but for whatever reason went out the window since 2025.
