Can't purchase any Sims 4 expansion packs

Summarize your bug When I try to buy a Sims 4 expansion pack, for example The Sims 4 Jungle or The Sims 4 Cottage Living, it says the game is not available for purchase. It says the game is no longer offered in the catalog. This seems odd to me, because the Cottage Living expansion pack is just 1,5 for sale. I already tried logging in again, but it still says it isn't there. How can I buy an expansion pack?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in and try to buy a Sims 4 expansion pack
What happens when the bug occurs? It says there is no item you can buy
What do you expect to see? A link to a game to buy. I want to spend money on those expansion packs. So let me do that please

I'm having the same issue, cannot purchase packs in game, online or through the app

Im having trouble purchasing game packs throught the game, app, AND website. How do I fix this?

Having the same problem. Can't buy anything actually. Half the games show a error that they are "not offered anymore" and the other half only have the "EA play exclusive" message and you can only play them by buying EA play.

Also, I went to the Sims 4 website and tried to buy something from there, through the EA app for Windows. It shows an error.
However, inside the game, I tried to buy the werewolves pack, and it seemed ok.
(I didn't buy it because I'm not a fan of supernatural gameplay, but try this method, maybe it is a little trick that helps).
I think I'll wait for the new expansion to come out. And I'll try the same thing.

I have the same problem.
Also, I asked for help through the EA app.
I hope they fix it because if we can't buy the new expansion before 12 April (I think) we can't have the bonus content.
It never happened before in Origin'. It seems it's happening in every DLC from the Sims 4.
Hope they solve it fast.
