Does EA Support even exist? No response, chat doesn't work

I have been trying to get help from EA to restore my account for months, even years, and I always give up because I can't get any help. I have tried the chat, and it just endlessly cycles a circle on my screen. I have tried X, facebook, no where can I find anyone from actually EA that has ever responded to my issue, and I can't even "Open a case". 

Can someone from EA please contact me so I can continue to use my own account?
