ea app causes system to freeze completely

i can say that i have reinstalled the system at least 20 times for 2-3 weeks and almost destroyed my 2 weeks old device by hand. finally i discovered the problem and it seems to be caused by the amd driver somehow crashing because of anticheat. what can i do about it?
Problem: when I start a game in the app (battlefield series 1 and 5) or when shutting down the system after playing mostly high graphics games for a long time, the screen hangs at the last moment and the system hangs without reacting to anything (only after pressing the power key for 10 sec)
