HI @mofette_bander Can we start with the following steps once you have a moment?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
First and second options - Nope, because I do not even have EA app installed. It does not want to install.
Third option was checked, everithyng ok "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.". Lets consider some other variants...
One week passed, no good solution. Thank you EA games tech support! Whish you to be treated the same way!

HI @mofette_bander To confirm should you have plenty of storage on your C driver? If so can you try to put your device in a Clean Boot and then try to install EA App?
Hello, I have 54 GB free on C drive. Clean boot did not help... Shall I turn off windows antivirus and firewall probably?

@mofette_bander We can try turning them off temporarily or checking if we can add an exception to see if the EA App can be fully installed. No result.

@mofette_bander Are you trying to get it to install by launching BFV or do you have the EA App installer?
If you have the installer can you try running it as an admin?
I have tried both types of installing. The interesting thing that when I launch it via BFV the progress bar goes to the end very fast, and when via exe downloaded from https://www.ea.com/ea-app it goes longer but in the end the same fail. I have also tried to change installation dirrectory from default dirrectory C:Programm files... to D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield V. With no result.
when i install EA app, I am stuck this step everytime How can i do
