EA app wont open

Hi! every time i try to open the ea app i get met with an error saying, "The procedure entry point SSL_CTX_set_keylog_callback could not be located in the dynamic link library" and i tried re downloading the app but it had the same error, my steam and epic accounts are linked to the ea app so i tried opening my game (sims4) through there too and i had the same error. The shortcut on my desktop also wont work. i had to close the app today for school purposes so if that couldve done something? i usually dont close the app. Thank you!
