FC 24 can't be played on this account

Yesterday I bought for the second time EA Play but on Epic Games. When I did this few months ago I when I bought it a few months ago I could play all the games, but since yesterday when I'm trying to launch FC 24, a window shows up and says: "This game can't be played on this account, please redeem an activating code or log in to right account". I had tried to clean cache at EA App, log out and log in again and combine accounts Epic Games and EA App for the second time. It's still doesn't work. Can someone help me?
