Game successfully redeemed: Not in library

Just redeemed a copy of Dead Space 3 on the EA app. It showed the correct game as the key as well as let me download it initially. Message popped up that said I would have to purchase the game from the hub as well as I don't own the game so my download bricked. 

Deleted cache 3 times still not in library.
