This could be caused by background applications or your network, so try the following steps and see if they can resolve the issue:
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- Test another connection when logging in, for example mobile hotspot instead of Wifi
