The EA app won't launch on my MacBook Pro.
What I've already tried:
- Resetting my WiFi (x2)
- Restarting my computer (x4)
- Turning off my firewall (x7)
- Redownloaded the EA app (x3)
Nothing is working. It won't even let me into the app to try and repair or clear my cache or anything. I also tried submitting an error report through the EA applications, but it won’t even let me submit it.
For reference:
- I was playing The Sims 4, closed the game at night and EA hasn't launched for days.
- Sims 4 didn't crash, I intentionally closed the application
Please help, I don't know what to do at this point.
My computer is refusing to open EA right now as well. It’s been about a week since I last opened sims. I have done some of the same troubleshooting as you but it’s just not opening the app
I wonder if it's an EA issue rather than us...but I'm unable to submit a report to them because the app won't launch!! It's so frustrating!
