Good evening! We have a problem accessing all EA services. This issue appeared last night.

Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, city of Zaporizhzhia (we are NOT under Russian occupation).
No. Ukraine is not on your list — only Russia and the occupied territories are listed, and we are not occupied and never have been!
No, I use internet from my local provider. If I share Wi-Fi from my mobile phone, EA services start working. Unfortunately that is not an option for normal online play — the ping is too high and the connection is poor.
This issue is not in the app; it happens on my PS5 console in the game UFC 5.

Please fix this situation — you have mistakenly applied the restrictions intended for Russia and the occupied territories to our region.
