I still can't play fc26 and older versions of the game. my internet provider says that you have blocked their server because we are supposedly in the occupied territory, but this is not so. when i connect my console to mobile internet for example i can access ultimate team mode. Can you help me solve my problem?

As my colleague mentioned, residents of the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions are covered under the embargoed territories listed on our support page: Why are EA games unavailable in some countries or regions.

EA_Vendcera Ukraine and its cities are not subject to sanctions or embargoes. Why were cities banned? The article you linked to doesn't contain any information other than the list provided by the previous manager.

My region is not under occupation. but my provider said that you blocked their IP address because you think that we are in the occupied territory.
