I get the exact same error. I've tried every solution you listed above, in addition to resetting Windows 11, installing with a newly created admin account, and booting into Safe Mode with Networking. None of the solutions work for me. Most of the times the install window is completely blank. I've tried disabling firewall and antivirus, which is terrible, given the exe requires a network connection to download the real software. It would be nice if they provided a full offline installation file.
But it would be great if I could launch the games I already paid for with the software I used to purchase the game and launch the game (Steam). The EA App is completely unnecessary. I won't be purchasing anymore EA games, no matter how tempting it is.
