need help pls

“I have an active EA Play Pro membership on this EA Account. FC 27 EA Play Pro Edition is shown as included with my membership, but when I try to download it the EA app says ‘You don't have access — we've cancelled the download because you don't own this game.’ EA Play Pro members are supposed to have access to FC 27 from September 17. Please refresh/check the FC 27 EA Play Pro entitlement on my account.”

    having the exact same issue just my money going down the drain can someone pls help 
    even after clearing cache signing out and logging back in doesn't work
