Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of the exact error you're seeing?

Thanks! Please try the following steps and let me know if that clears this up for you:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Run the EA app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
- Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
- Close the EA app
- Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
- In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
- Click Okay the bottom of the window
- Open the EA app client and try starting the download again

I have a Windows 7 and I can't find the user access control settings. Does the game still run on Windows 7?
The same thing is happening to me and I’ve followed the steps that you’ve listed and this problem is still happening. Is there anything else that you could recommend?

For Windows 7, you'll follow these steps instead to adjust your User Account Control settings. Please also follow the steps in this article for further troubleshooting with Windows 7.

I followed the steps and it still doesn't seem to work for me. Is there any other recommendation you suggest I should do?

If those steps aren't working for you, please run an EA Error Report with the steps here, and please provide your Report ID in this thread so we can investigate into this further. Thank you!
Unfortunately, that didn’t work. It’s still telling me that there’s an installation error. I appreciate your help though @EA_Solaire
I also have been having the same issue with the packs stopping at 72%, and I have tried everything mentioned above. I also tried to report the error, but the error reporter is also not working. @EA_Solaire
I reported the error a couple of days ago and it seems like they haven't done anything. I also reached out to them through email and all they told me to do was to clear the cache so clearly it wasn't very helpful. I don't know what else to do but I want to figure it out as well.
- @EA_Solaire I'm also having the exact same problem. I really hope it will be solved quickly. Especially since I've paid for the packs, it's really a shame I can't use them
