SIMS 4 NOT WORKING

I just restarted the EA app bevause it required me to do so and now my Sims 4 isn't working. I have owned the sims 4 since 2016 and also have packs installed and now it doesn't even appear on my libr...

I was able to solve it but I had to restart the app multiple times in order to get it to work.
