Turkey Players Facing Sims 4 Purchase Error 54001 on EA app (Aug. 2025)
I have been trying to purchase The Sims 4 Essential Glam Kit through the EA App for the past two days, but I keep receiving the following error:
"We had some trouble processing your request. Select a different payment method, or try again a little later. [ref. #54001]"
I have tried multiple times and also waited, but the issue still persists. Could you please help me resolve this problem so I can complete my purchase? I've tried using mobile, internet site, clearing caches etc.
I've seen like 20 people from Turkey having this problem on X. And while browsing the EA Forum, I saw at least 20 different people from Turkey also experiencing the same issue too.

Hi all,
This issue should now be resolved - players in Turkey should now be able to purchase directly from the game hub page in the EA app and use the build your own bundle feature.
