Sorry to say, but we don't have the tools to support account-related requests here on the forums.
Since your subscription is active, if you've confirmed you're signed in to the same EA account linked to that Xbox account, it might be worth signing out of and closing all the apps before logging in on the Xbox, then the EA app, and finally trying to launch the game through the Xbox app.
If your subscription still isn't being recognized, it'd be best to connect with our live support team and have them look into the account with you.
