2 accounts

A couple days ago I paid $40 for the year of EA Play on my computer.  But yesterday the $5.99 automatic monthly subscription for EA play on my PS5 went thru on my card.  So, I am not sure if I now have 2 separate accounts or what.  Just wondering what I do at this point.
