Accidental System Initiated Ban

Question

Hello! I believe I received an improper and accidental ban that was triggered by transfer market activity. I had been trying to snipe Joelington FUT Bday for days as he was extinct on the market. I finally was able to snipe him on Monday morning while he was extinct with a PR range up to 180k. This one was listed for 136k apparently as it was the one I got lucky to snipe. Then, yesterday morning I received a permanent ban from the game stating I had a balance transfer? Is this happening to others? Was the system improperly triggered due to the extinct card being listed for the non max? I am super confused but would appreciate someone looking into this. I’m about to lose a bunch of premium season pass evos from last season because I was improperly banned for this. I would appreciate some communication and urgency in fixing this as I had done nothing wrong. Ugh. Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute, you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.

Hello and thank you for prompt response. I filed an appeal and requested a DSAR/SAR report and logs of the transfer activity that triggered the ban. I have not heard back yet.&nbsp;
