Can’t speak to a real person on an Account ban

My account was banned for no apparent reason. I don’t use game chat. I don’t write in game chat. As of late I have only played Battlefield 6 on a PS5 while in a discord voice chat with friends. My account was randomly banned and I have appealed several times and every time it just says denied with no explanation. I have poured tons of money into this EA account and it is connected to my PS5. This was clearly an error to ban my account when I don’t say or do anything inappropriate. Every time I go to the get more help on EA help I can’t get through to a real person. This is the worst system & customer service I have ever seen. I hope someone on the forums can help me talk to a real person without just giving a generic response that puts me in a loop with the ai chat bot again. Every time I fill the form out to get this appeal it is denied with no explanation.

    Our live support team cannot help with anything ban or suspension-related. This would be why you are unable to create a live support case with the team to discuss it.

    Just so you know, all appeals are independently investigated by a member of the team and if you have had multiple appeals declined, then this would mean that they found evidence to support the ban.

    We are not able to assist with issues ike this here, the best thing I can recommend is to gather as much info as you can and appeal again.

    Our live support team cannot help with anything ban or suspension-related. This would be why you are unable to create a live support case with the team to discuss it.

    Just so you know, all appeals are independently investigated by a member of the team and if you have had multiple appeals declined, then this would mean that they found evidence to support the ban.

    We are not able to assist with issues ike this here, the best thing I can recommend is to gather as much info as you can and appeal again.

    This is sadly what I expected. Customer service saying theres legit no way to interact with a real human pertaining to a permanent ban. This is ridiculous because the assumption should not be that there is “evidence” to support the ban. Again i don't write in chat or talk in game chat so how can i have broken the terms of service? It’s despicable that as a loyal customer & gamer that forum support has no way to connect me to a person. That article you included doesn’t actually help me. Normally a solution actually solves the issue at hand but i guess to you it just matters that you marked your answer as a “solution”. This is a shame.

    Hey OVOBobby​ as I said in my last post, the only way to appeal a ban is by following the info in the link I shared. 

    If you have appealed a ban and the team has denied it, then this means that they found evidence that supports the ban.

    The solution in cases like this is to open an appeal with the team by following the information in the ban appeal help article.

    If our team denies your appeal, then there is nothing we can do to change this.

  • Going through exact same issue! So devastated my apex account of 7 years, so much money spent, 750hrs, even just spent 180£ 3 days before a ban which was triggered by 8 retaliatory player reports (I know this because I did a data request and shows exactly that in the anticheat section)! 10 appeals, 10 automated replies and rejections, and now they've blocked me from even appealing again! No way to start a ticket with real people to get a human review, which I know would vindicate me. There was one suspicious login I saw in my login history, one geolocation I do not recognise, I don't know if that also contributed. But instead of trying to protect their consumers, they slam us with automated bans and throw us to the side and forget us like trash??? Everyone keeps saying just start a new account, but why should I lose all my skins and heirlooms I gathered over 7 years of supporting this game from day 1..... absolutely devastated NGL.... probably will begin legal proceedings based on their arbitration clause in ToS or small claims court failing that.....sorry to hear your situation I can totally sympathise. I was one of those people who would read posts like this and say "well you shouldn't cheT then.....", and that's understandable until it happens to you and ban hammer comes from nowhere. Very very disappointing service by EA
